1. What does Elbin do that makes him stand out?
Elbin is always willing to do whatever the job takes to make it right.
2. How does he impact his team and the branch as a whole?
Elbin is a foreman that you do not have to babysit because you know the work will be completed correctly.
3. Three words to best describe Elbin?
Honest, hardworking, reliable.
4. What was a challenge he faced while working, and how did he overcome it?
The foremen's position is always a challenging one, from crew members not showing up, to a day being rained out, to equipment issues. Elbin adjusts accordingly and completes his work.
5. Tell a quick story of one of his best moments.
Elbin has taken it upon himself to learn about irrigation and has been able to make small repairs and check irrigation systems when he notices an issue in the landscape. This has been a big help to us.

1. What has been your favorite Project Property (Maintenance) that you have been involved with?
Tiffany Oaks - the property looks really good when the service is complete.
2. What do you like most about working at CEPRA Landscape?
Work relationships. My supervisors are good to work with.
3. What is something most people do not know about you?
I like to ride motorcycles.
