1. What does Lidio do that makes him stand out?
Lidio stands out on a job site because he does not need to be told what to do next. He can access a situation and everyone around him, to be able to delegate properly.
2. How does he impact his team and the branch as a whole?
He always shows up to work, never letting his team or his branch down.
3. Three words to best describe Lidio?
Talented, hardworker, genuine.
4. What was a challenge he faced while working, and how did he overcome it?
He has overcome multiple crew leader and account manager changes, which are not easy to do in this business.
5. Tell a quick story of one of his best moments.
Lidio is just a well-rounded guy; he is always knowledgeable on the properties he is working on which always makes the job easier for his teammates.

1. What has been your favorite Project Property (Maintenance) that you have been involved with?
I like to work in all areas, but if I had to pick one it would be Laurel Wood Villas.
2. What do you like most about working at CEPRA Landscape?
I like working for CEPRA Landscape because I feel comfortable with them and even though they are a large and busy company, they still look out for their employees.
3. What is something most people do not know about you?
Other than my manager Alex, not too many of my fellow CEPRA teammates know how good that my skill set is, knowledge of landscape maintenance is and how hard I work.
