Questions for the Manager
1. What does Susan do that makes her stand out?
The better question is what doesn't Susan do that makes her stand out? She is our CEPRA Construction Mom, and I wouldn't want anybody else. Everyone looks up to her and she is willing to do anything, anytime!
2. How does she impact her team and the branch as a whole?
She is an extremely positive person. She makes sure everyone gets paid every week! More than that though, she literally is working for every manager in the Construction branch at some point during the week, doing those behind-the-scenes tasks that everyone just takes for granted.
3. Three words to best describe Susan?
Inspiring, incredible, amazing.
4. What was a challenge she faced while working, and how did she overcome it?
When Susan started with us, she had a background in office management, but only really knew the maintenance side of it. The administrative side on the construction side is a whole new world, and not much is very similar. I was amazed at how she didn't show any concern with this new position and even more impressed with how quickly she learned it. She stacks up with the best of them for sure!
5. Tell a quick story of one of her best moments.
I don't have a specific example, however I will say this….I am so thankful to have Susan as our Office Manager. She works her arse off every day and is not told 'Thank You' enough, nor does she expect it. She loves being a helpful person and I truly think this is something that drives her day in and day out. Our line of work is hard, and you must enjoy who you work with to get through some of the days. I 100% have that box checked with Susan! Literally irreplaceable!
Questions for the Employee
1. What has been your favorite Project Property that you've been involved with?
Paperwork wise I am going to say Grand Cypress BOH Berm as it was probably one of the more complicated jobs on my end and I liked working with all our contacts at Dart on this.
2. What do you like most about working at CEPRA Landscape?
I like the challenge of my job and all the guys in Construction that I work with.
3. What is something most people do not know about you?
I have always wanted to live by the ocean. Last year I was able to accomplish this and now get to see the ocean every day.
