The CEPRA Landscape Internship Program
CEPRA interns learn the business from the ground up! Your hands-on experience includes:
- Land the work! Shadow Estimating and Sales to get the work in the door.
- Do the work! Shadow Operations Teams to plan, create, and maintain beautiful landscapes.
- Manage the work! Shadow Production, Account and Branch Managers to assure success.
- Coordinate the work! Shadow Administrators for behind the scenes exposure of Branch and business operations.
- Wrap up the work! Complete an 'Intern Project' developed and executed by YOU with your Mentor's guidance.
