CEPRA Safety Day 2020 - A great time had by all celebrating another safe year
In January, CEPRA employees reaped the benefits of working safely throughout 2019. As part of an ongoing tradition, CEPRA gives back to the employees on its annual safety day celebration. Miguel Garces, Director of Safety, hosted the event at each branch location. CEPRA staff members were able to enjoy a delicious meal, entertainment, raffle prizes and a complimentary gift for all employees.
In order to participate, each branch must fall within an internal safety metric. Many of the day to day tasks in the landscaping field can be dangerous if not executed properly. The number one goal, each day, is for every single employee to make it home safe and healthy. The Annual Safety Day is an important piece of the overall safety program that Miguel and the CEPRA team have developed to encourage a safe workplace every single day.
